Natanael Silva
After his first internship with Chef Philippe Peudenier, where he came into contact with French cuisine and began to build his culinary foundations, he went through Tavares Rico, Degusto (in Matosinhos). He was sub-chef at the historic Bachus, in Lisbon, and explored Italian cuisine at Gemelli. He took charge of T'Chef for 4 years before being invited to join the Mercantina group. At the moment Natanael is the executive chef at Mercantina Alvalade, maat Café & Kitchen and the delivery brand, Take the Box.

Ricardo Estevas
After honing his talent in various branches of the hotel and restaurant industry, he worked in the restaurants Alcântara 50, in Lisbon, and Porto de Santa Maria, in Guincho. Currently responsible for the kitchen at Terra Nova by Populi, Ricardo Estevas specializes in traditional Portuguese cuisine, working fish and seafood in a unique way, always using local products from national producers, combined with Mediterranean influences. The secret is in the choice of ingredients, innovative techniques and contemporary creations.
